“Great location for downtown Santa Cruz with walking accessibility”

“Best stay! Family friendly, clean, everything you need. Host was excellent with communication and accommodating to our early arrival. Would definitely recommend this cozy cottage. 2 min walk to restaurants and beach made for minimal driving while also making breakfast and dinners on the deck. This stay was excellent for my 40th! ”

“Wonderful place...perfect location! Very happy with our stay! The only thing to note is the parking area is very small, so anything larger than a midsize SUV will have to park elsewhere.”

“Room was clean, very close to the beach and shops… parking was a challenge as we had to drive around for a while to get a spot. We had 3 people and a small dog, loved the fact there was a tv in living room and bedroom… so pretty quiet overall but when the people leaving upstairs it sounds like a hundred people were coming in and out… but overall I would definitely stay here again… the price breakdown was the people who run it charge more than the people who own it… still was a good deal for……

“The property and house were beautiful! Clean, nice location. We stayed for my daughter's birthday and the proximity to the beach was wonderful! The amenities were ok. We had a great stay. The only thing that could be improved is the speed of communication with the hosts. We had some adjustments to make before our stat and it seemed that turn around time in messaging was about 2 days. Also, the wifi information was not posted anywhere in the house or check in guide so we had to message the host……

“Great location, great property - as advertised. Initially WiFi didn’t work which was ok as I was exploring the area all day and it ended up working when I got back. Great communication from the host. The property didn’t advertise having an electric kettle but was pleasantly surprised to find one upon arriving. Kitchen and bathroom are updated adding to the comfort and it was nice to be able to cook breakfast every morning. I’d definitely stay here again! ”

“Upon arrival I was told to move my vehicle from where I parked it because of others needing to park. I moved it twice, because the owner told me in a ride condescending manner. I ended up during my stay, parking in the same space that I was told to move from when I first arrived, because of the tight parking that was available. It is not appropriate for the location. The kitchen was dirty. The stove had grease all over, the available utensils where a Hodge podge collection, they're was no pots……

“It is probably getting time to replace carpet. We had really wanted to leave a little for our cleaner. But we were all on our cards without cash. Is there anyway to do this now?”

“The bed in the second bedroom upstairs was not comfortable. The mattress was smaller than the frame which made it weird to get in and out. Pillows were not comfortable either. ”
