"We have stayed at a few condos in Pelican Watch, and this was our favorite so far. Exceptionally clean, well stocked, and matched pictures provided. The property management company was highly responsive on a few minor questions. I would definitely book again!"

"First time for us to Seabrook/Kiawah area, and this condo was a good homebase. The amenity card was pricey—300 for the week, and we only ate within the resort 3 times over the week as most everything is closed on Sunday/Mondays.The condo was clean and had a nice assortment of kitchen amenities, pots/pans, etc. We loved riding rental bikes around and walking on the beach, especially seeing many dolphins very close to the shore. We never saw an actual “strand feeding”, but saw several dolphin babies with their mothers. We will definitely be back to explore more of the area in the future."

"The view and access to the beach are unbeatable; the location, design, landscaping, and maintenance of the house itself is spectacular; the logical thought, sound decision making, care, and thoughtfulness of the owners and property manager are evident in every detail of the house and amenities provided; communication with the property manager was wonderful and to the highest standard of excellence; the island itself is breathtaking, as are the views of the birds and sea life from the house and during morning oceanside walks. In decades of beach front vacations along the east coast and gulf, this was my favorite. Hopefully we will be back for years to come!"
