"Good location!"

"Room was clean. Bathroom sink was not draining well. Took 40 minutes to get our car, which made us late for an appointment. On arrival was told we had a $30 credit from Expedia to use for breakfast or dinner at the restaurant. We decided to have breakfast but was charged $75.00. After several phone calls was told the person was wrong who told us about the credit and there was nothing they could do. Eventually offered a $15 credit. Extremely pissed. Not good service at all. "

"Had a smooth weekend until my watch was stolen out of my room. Left my watch on the bathroom counter in the room. Went back 30 minutes later and it was not there. Security was on the room before me to see if it was there and it was not. Room cleaner also said it was not there. A claim is being initiated. Will keep everyone posted."

"Best hotel experience I’ve ever had. The complementary waters made all the difference. Having access to an awesome gym was also amazing for people who enjoy fitness and gyms while traveling. "

"Great staff, very good restaurant in the lobby, and another resturant and bar at the rooftop whic had an amazing view. THe room mas clean adn comfortable, with a minimalist vibe that was appreciated"

"Staff wasn't friendly or greeting. Valet was okay but expensive didn't know they had bell services as they were never around to help or offer help. Room was good but was let down by the staff. "
