「Perfect stay for boat or bus ride 」

「Loved out stay at this hotel and restaurant on our final day in the Lakes. We stayed in Scafell Pike with the only negative being the room was very hot (we stayed in late Aug). We would definitely stay there again. 」

「This was a great stay for our family. Two adults and 3 kids (two teens and a preteen) fit comfortably in one of the larger rooms. The rooms were simple, but clean and a great base for exploring the Lake District. Staff was very friendly and Breakfast was wonderful! 」

「The property was well located right on the front in the village and the view was fantastic as was the peace and quiet. There was plenty of room with a big bed, which although a little firm for us was still very nice. The bathroom was huge with a free standing bath and the sitting area had a really comfy sofa, fridge and dining table. The village itself has two places to eat and the food was really good.」
