A little example is them knowing when we have gone to breakfast so they can quickly make up the room before we’re back and similar with turndown service. "We very appreciated the villa team from the airport pickup until the last day drop-off to the airport. The villa is beautiful & spacious. The chef & staffs are very friendly. We came across the big thunderstorms & flooding in the areas, so lucky we could pay the chef to buy groceries to cook for us. We also like the free offer for massage service & we all paid extra for add-on hours. Overall, the villa left us a very good memory. "
