- Expect wildlife encounters; enjoy the natural mountain setting. As a preventative measure, we actively treat the cabin for all types of pests - refunds will not be given for encountering bugs. Please do not leave any food outside or in your car, and use the metal trashcan outside for all trash.

- Be cautious on steep, windy roads, especially in winter. Four-wheel drive is not required but recommended if available in less desirable weather, Give yourself extra time and try to arrive before it gets dark.

- Good cell reception but can vary by carrier

- Driveway-facing security camera ensures your safety

- Enjoy the outdoor wood fire pit; please use safety precautions and bring firewood

- Starter essentials are provided; bring extras as needed

- Relax in the hot tub at your own risk, we are not liable for any accidents; do not use the hot tub if you have consumed alcohol or are pregnant.

- Refunds are not given for things outside of our control (weather, natural disasters, power outages, and personal matters); trip insurance is recommended

- Pet-free cabin; $400 fee applies if the policy is violated
