Internet connection was too weak to use in the room. Even though the website stated they had an iron and ironing board, when I requested this the staff said "we used to have one, but it's gone now." Only one in the whole hotel?
Also, for the deposit, the staff charged me 200rmb on my credit card, rather than simply placing a hold. This is mildly annoying as now I have to wait a week or two for the charges to be reversed.
