「The hotel is not as new. Afterall, its been aound for some years but still clean and comfortable. The staff are friendly and professional. Was warmly welcome by Xiao Teng at front desk. She was jovial and well trained. Everything was great. Key card did not work at first. A replacement card was delivered by a robot right away. I was pleasantly surprised by the hi tech logistics. 」
