チェックイン時に部屋のカギを間違えて渡された。 正しいカギで開けようとしてもドアのタテツケが悪く、体重をかけないと開閉することができなかった。 シャワールームの扉がずれており、隙間から水が外に出てしまい、洗面エリアが水浸しになった。 wifiの品質が悪く回線速度がモバイル回線より遅かった。 施設のクオリティのわりにほかのホテルより割高 エクスペディアで事前に支払えるのはよかった。

在網上預定酒店時，聲明退房時間是1400，酒店服務員1200便要我們離開，不然要加錢。 房間電視遙控是壞的，通知服務台也未能解決。 早上更發現桌上有曱甴在行走，十分可怕。

1- The public can take an elevator from the street directly up to these Serviced apartments without going through the Hotel Lobby. this was a security issue as some stranger kept on knocking on my door and ringing the bell. 2- The Apartment Stinks. Smell of sewer. in order to get fresh air you need to open the windows and this brings in Flies and Fleas. 3- Location is quite good. Metro station is very near

Surprised!

Great location. Subway nearby. Free parking is great. Staffs are helpful and nice. Bed sheets are okay. Saw 2 small cockroaches. Value for money. Don’t expect too much with that price and location. Good for short stay.

Saving grace is its location. It is most misleading to refer itself as an “international” hotel when it is merely an apartment facility occupying four floors of a 26-storey condominium building.

写真では良く見えるが、正直たいしたことはない。もう千円アップしてでも他を探した方がイイ。立地は良かった。地下鉄科学館駅に近く、深夜まで空いてる食堂が近辺にあるのは助かった。セブンイレブンもすぐそこ。

高層マンションの一部フロアが客室になっている構造。フロントで鍵を受け取り、部屋を使う。シングルベッド×２が１室とキングサイズ×１が１室、ほかリビングつきのスイートを利用。バスタブはなく、シャワーのみの設備。食事は階下を含む周辺の飲食店を利用すれば、特に支障なし。ホテルライフを期待すると違うと思いますが、トイレットペーパーの補充などは無線で即対応してくれ、不満はありませんでした。

本ホテル初宿泊感想

翌日早くに福田駅より高鐡に乗る必要の為、福田駅より近くて出来るだけ安い/地下鉄駅より徒歩圏内という条件でこのホテルを今回選択した。 地鐡１号線も２号線も近く、立地はよかった。 設備は元々アパートをホテルに改造したようで、気になる点はドアの締りがやや悪い・ルームカード反応が鈍いことぐらいで、他については広さ/間取り/設置設備等、満足いくものでした。 最初に泊まる方は看板の出ている入り口の階段で入ると思いますが、建物の入り口９０度横の面（駐車場入り口の面）には建物共有エレベータがあり、こちらはスロープが設定されているので、荷物が大きい人はこちらを利用すると楽です。周辺エリア

they can do better

this hotel occupies a great location. close to everything. what it lacks is a good management. the bedroom furniture are old, but all in good condition. the room is comfortable. the main problem is the bathroom, the shower is old and cracking and they don't even bother to clean the bathroom properly ! with that price, I am sure there are other options around the corner. definitely will not go back there again - unless they make significant improvement.

廁所雖然乾濕分離，但是都老舊不堪會漏水，重點是馬桶漏水，旁邊積了很多尿，又沒有排水孔，整個房間衝斥著尿味，真的很糟糕

이 호텔을 이용하려면 꼭 보세요

전자상가 인근에 있고 호텔 10m터 이네에 다수의 편의점 현지 식당이 있어 위치적으로 상위, 하지만 호텔 건물이 너무 오래되었음. 안내 데스크 직원은 기본적인 영어 조차 알아 듣지 못함. 현지 인이 이용하는 호텔임, 처음 안내 방은 기본적인 청소도 되어 있지 않았음. 현지인 친구가 있어 다른 방으로 교체 하였으며 그 방은 그나마 괜찮았음. 참고로 남자 3명이 3박 하였는데 교체한 방은 2508호로 방 두개에 괜찮은 그기의 거실이 있었음.(싱글방 하나, 퀸 방 하나) 와이파이 냉온수 에어컨 냉장고는 그냥 사용 할만 함, 친구들 끼리 비용대비 사용하기 괜찮음, 그리고 꼭 알아야 할 것은 중국어를 어느 정도 할 수 있거나 현지인 친구가 없으면 이용 하지 말것. 3.5성 호텔이라 할 수 없음
