「3 stars for staff only because ofbthe restaurant staff. Not sure if the hotel has anything to do with the staff inside the restaurant but I wasn't impressed.」

「The gym was out of Service, the ice maker was out of service too. The hallway was extremely noisy. The pool was small compared to the pictures. Overall was a good stay, the breakfast was excellent and the room was very clean. 」

「Its was the ultimate package deal. No lines to wait in to get to the park. Walking distance for park, dinning at the hotel options, multiple pools available both indoor and outdoor and extremely friendly service. Recommend for anyone staying at the Park. We will be back soon! 」

「Easy check in. Outdoor pool and bar is nice. Disappointed that coffee wasn't included in our room for the price that we paid. Its not quiet, the doors slam shut and are loud.」

「Close to everything. The building is old, but they do their best to keep it clean. If you’re looking for bougie, this isn’t it, but if you want close, clean and comfortable place to crash after a day in the shore area — this is it. 」

「We visited Sandusky for the 2024 Solar Eclipse, and even this hotel was desolate considering the buzz surrounding the event. It's definitely an older hotel, and some of the rooms are cut off from the main lobby and are accessible only by going outside to the front of the hotel. It's a dated experience but for the cost, can't complain too much. Just don't expect a super-modern Holiday Inn or anything of the sort. Rooms were clean and bathrooms were recently updated. 「Our room, a family suite, is spacious, clean, and the beds are comfy. The staff has been friendly and professional. 」

「We had a great stay in a suite with our kids. We enjoyed the outdoor heated pool which was clean and warm and open until 11 that night. We liked the patio with the fire to enjoy afterwards. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. Zack and Katie communicated with me by text to check that we had everything we needed which was a really nice surprise. Breakfast was good and the attendant worked hard to keep things stocked and clean. We will return when going to Cedar Point.」

「The place was great! We stayed at this location for our 4 night trip to cedar point with no problems! The price is pretty reasonable and not too far from the park. Everyone complaining about the trains must have never stayed in Sandusky..almost every hotel in the area has the same “problem”. We will definitely be back in the fall! 」
