「We booked a two nights staying but they downgraded us to a smaller room and claim the one we’ve booked is not available. And my son have left his passport in the room safe and we called for assistance after we’ve checked out. Front desk staffs not responding with well and quick, just keep saying nothing found. It’s my bad to have left belongs not checked but expecting they can help.」

「The place was wicked , really friendly n safe, staff were helpful n happy .. loved the space .. great discount on drinks as a guest .. Just was the old breakfast menu in the tools which you had at the sister hotel down the road .. was looking forwards to the full English but only continental available .. which to be fair was real nice .. just thought was worth a mention. .. would stay again for sure! 」
