The location was perfect — within easy walking distance to lots of great restaurants and high-end shopping. Everything we needed was right at our doorstep! The host was excellent as well, with clear and friendly communication throughout our stay. Highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again!」

「We stayed on Santana Row with 2 friends for a fun shopping weekend. We've been there many times for day trips but staying there was extra lovely. You can walk right downstairs to coffee and pastries in the morning. Several nice restaurants and shops nearby too. The loft was super clean, well-appointed and very comfortable for all of us. Parking was very convenient, secure and close to the building entrance. Would definitely stay there again.」

「Property is perfect for a single or a couple looking to do some shopping and dining. Centrally located to Santana Row, next to shopping center. Very clean, beautifully decorated and host very easy to reach. Has a parking garage, a little difficult to figure out, but once you do, easy in and out of the property. Strongly recommend this property. 」

「We had a wonderful time in great space. Fabulous cute neighborhood walk to University Ave great gardens nearby easy to get to campus. Parking easy, place perfect to sleep and have space to cook meals. Great host communication. Quiet lovely neighborhood near so much. Beds comfy. Enough space to work and relax. Would definitely return and recommend. 」

「I didn't receive check-in information until i was leaving home for the airport, not helpful. The complex does not have a swimming pool, though hotels-com says it does. There is a small area to sit next to a large heated spa pool, but my fob never worked on the door to the area, despite numerous complaints. I was allocated an apartment on the ground floor with windows on one side only, looking over a walk way straight at another block or apartments. No direct sunlight, so the apartment was dingy...

「We stayed here as a family from Sunday through Friday, and it was perfect for our trip. I was working on the Stanford campus, which is just about 2 miles away and easily walkable. The location is also fantastic for exploring Palo Alto—downtown is an easy walk, and we enjoyed going out for dinner in the evenings. The house itself is comfy, quiet, and has relaxing décor that made it feel like a true home away from home. My son especially loved it, which made our stay even better. Highly recommend!」

「Didn't stay at the house much but when we did it was nice! Good neighborhood and fairly clean.」

「Worst travel experience of the last 5 years for me. I will never stay here again. They double booked my the unit I had been assigned and by the time I had arrived, it was the late evening and I had to spend over 4 hours on the phone with two companies’ resepctive support lines, a total of some 7 support agents, after numerous escalations and the same circular conversation that did not resolve anything. Worst decision I made this trip. I will not make that decision ever again and will avoid at...

「This was exactly what we wanted for our 4 days in the area. Very accessible to all of the shopping that Santana Row/Valley Fair has to offer. The actual apartment was extremely tidy (almost too tidy for our 4 and 6 year olds). Spacious enough for the 4 of us with. The two beds! Very easy for us to grocery shop and have breakfast every morning. Enjoyed the washer/dryer as we very much needed to use! The host, Jarrell, responds promptly and fixes any minor issues quickly. One con: There is no comfortable place to eat in the apartment! The kitchen island does not have room for one's knees. 」
