“Staff very unprofessional hotel was old and room had paint spots on floor. Bathroom had water damage on the trim and shower did not have a shelf to hold soap or body wash. Water was cold never got hot. Patched up paint on walls and lighting was very dim. Refrigerator does not get cold, key card did not workproperly, the property had a quinceañera party and their was limited parking. Hotel did not inform guess of a party going on. Just a horrible stay and experience. Will not recommend this Rat……

“Our biggest complaint is that the TV in the room didn't work. It wasn't just our room, it was the whole property. The first day we arrived and it wasn't working, the staff said they were working on getting it fixed. The next day we saw a Xfinity truck so we had hope it was going to be fixed, but no. Xfinity said nothing was wrong on their end. The message on the screen said the device was not activated. We stayed FIVE nights and it was not fixed when we left. Of course we weren't there to watch……
