"Very friendly, helpful welcome when checking in, lovely room and hotel. The only thing I'd change is for them to do food, as only breakfast was available. Will definitely be staying again! Thank you 😊"

"Staff very helpful room was clean .both bedroom lamps not working wardrope was wobbly and not safe for kids possibility off fallen over i would warn people that there is a pub underneath hotel that turns into a dancing and is loud thats why earplugs are left at main door on your way in"

"Parking was good. Didnt mind paying 6 pounds. Meals were very nice. I slept on the couch and it was fairly comfortable. We are canadians so we're used to cups in the bathroom for doing our teeth. And also kleenex. We were also in a premier inn in Sterling and yours is SO much better. Cleaner,decorated nicely. Staff pleasant and helpful."
