"Great location and comfortable stay The location of 115 The Strand Hotel is fantastic, and the beds were really comfortable. The rooms were kept clean, which was a positive. However, we did have some issues with the air conditioning, including a leak, and there were signs of damp and mould, which was disappointing. If natural daylight is important to you, I’d recommend booking a balcony room which is lovely but we also had one of the standard rooms it had no natural light at all, just a concrete wall outside the window. Breakfast was good, with a nice selection of options. The front-of-house team were lovely and welcoming, although the restaurant staff weren’t particularly pleasant overall. Only two members of the restaurant team were genuinely engaging and friendly. Overall, the hotel has a fantastic location, comfortable beds and clean rooms, but the air-conditioning, damp/mould issues and lack of natural light in some standard rooms are worth considering when booking."

"Great hotel ideally located a few minutes walk from the main area of St Julian’s and Paceville Gets very busy at night with loads of bars, Disco and nightlife Good food choices with Henry Beam and Hard Rock Cafe Excellent clean room with excellent staff and service and nice pools as well as the facility to swim in the sea Rush hour in the evening can be expensive with bolt taxi Blue lagoon is a must"

"It is a solid 4* hotel. The only issue is with the room. The curtains make it impossible to sleep in. Too much light coming in. In the peak summer months this is a problem as the sun is up at 6am. Also the air conditioning shuts down when you leave the room so the room gets warm during the day if you leave to wander around town. The hallways on the 11th are also not air conditioned (our room was on the 11th floor). Their sister property (Le Bains) is where the hotel pool is at. Great little poo. The property is a true one stop shop. Great concept. They have their own beach club (La Plage), beach restaurant (La Vie), hotel restaurant le GV (Michelin guide 2026). I highly recommend booking le GV for brunch. The food was a real treat. The service impeccable. Overall a definite great choice. Location was amazing."

Inacceptable quand il fait 34 dehors.,De plus il n’y a aucune fenêtre donnant à l’extérieur mais dans une cours de 4par 4 mètres.,Il devrait l’annoncer"
Palazzo Rosaria Boutique Hotel

"We had a really good stay at Palazzo Rosaria. The room was spacious, with a genuinely comfortable big bed, and the bed for our son was practical and comfortable too. Air conditioning worked well throughout, and there was always ample water available. Breakfast was a highlight — fresh, well balanced, with eggs, cold meats, cooked options, and something for everyone. The room was clean, and the staff were consistently friendly. One small note: the shower tray looked like it might be leaking. It didn’t cause us any real problems, but worth the hotel checking it before it damages the property — I did flag it to staff and they said they’d look into it. Nice touches too: bathrobes provided, and swans made from towels left on the bed when we arrived, a lovely welcome. The location in Valletta is excellent, right in the heart of everything. They also kept our bags for us after check-out, which was a great help. Overall, a genuinely great experience and we’d happily stay again."
