"A bit of a strange hotel. I didn't see a staff member for the whole of the trip. Although they were super responsive on WhatsApp. Was emailed a keycode to entre the property. It was fine, but the keypad was super sensitive and took me 3 attempts to entre the code. Room was nice, good location, but the pillows were super hard and only two of them."

When we arrived the staff were very nice and polite and we were able to check in quickly, they also advised us about going into Venice as we was unaware there was a fee of 10 Euros per person if you pay within 4 days of going but since we paid the tax which is 70 cents per person per night we didn't have to...
