「The Zen Beach retreat was a great property that I would definitely stay at again for a short trip. The only think it did not have was a place to hang your clothes in any room. Other than that everything else was perfect!」

「My husband and I had a WONDERFUL trip to New Smyrna Beach and stayed here for almost 2 full weeks. We could walk to Canal Street and access back to Flagler or the beach was easy using the Causeway. We brought our dog and using our truck as the "fourth fence" were able to enjoy evenings with him in the backyard. Owner was very responsive! This is definitely a "home" rental, not just a house!」

「It was as advertised except listed 2 bedroom with 2 bath. There is only one bath. Another shower is available in another building.」

「Loved the location of this property. Only wish they had condo's with an actual bedroom vs murphy bed setups. Beach was 1 block away. Loved location to restaurants and grocery store.」

「Very Clean room, parking is very convenient. Walkable beach, so many restaurants that are nearby (walkable). Staff are very helpful. Good place for staycation. Only bad thing I could say, the wifi internet is not that strong.」

「Overall great stay. I would power wash the pool area. The spider webs hanging from the celling was really uncomfortable. I wasn't sure if something was going to drop on me or in the water.」

「Had a wonderful time at New Smyrna Waves. Our unit was clean and perfect for our girls' weekend. We felt safe and were able to walk to a restaurant right near us or take a 10 minute drive to many other restaurants. The pool was awesome (so clean for being right on the beach!). The area was very quiet at night. Would highly recommend New Smyrna Waves」

「It was a beautiful little condo. Nothing fancy but for my boyfriend and i it was perfect. Came with 2 beds and a small tv. It was right outside the pool area which was actually really nice and a little pourch of your own. Glad we booked with coastal waters. Thank you for a nice stay.」

「The place had a great brand new pool. The management was easy to get a hold of and responded to questions instantly. The only downside was the air conditioner broke and a few other maintenance issues during our stay but the management had workers out the next day and the suites are getting renovated in the next couple of weeks. This is a great place that you can just walk to the beach. The kitchen is stocked with items so you can cook and have coffee. There are beach towels ready for use. ...

「Still in the process of renovating…however, it was well maintained. Disappointed that the hot tub was not working, considering our visit was in February and days were cool. All the staff we encountered were very nice, polite and helpful when necessary. Would consider staying here again when in the Daytona Beach area.」
