“Excellent location - Ski In/Ski Out and well managed property. 2 bedroom condo perfect - ski valet system!!”

“Booked this hotel because it advertised that breakfast was included. When we walked down on our first morning, we found out that it was NOT included. But the staff was extremely nice, room was clean and the shuttle drop off/pick up was great! Also, be aware that there is a charge to valet/park your vehicle per night.”

“The rooms were very clean. We loved the fireplace and access to the trails nearby. The location is amazing because you can be near anything you need within 3-5 minutes. I really liked how they had extra garage bags, cleaning supplies for dishes and an onsite washer/dryer. We visited from Tennessee and loved having the humidifiers in every bedroom. The windows are breathtaking when they are all open. We also enjoy opening the windows with the fresh air and sitting by the fireplace. Everything was……

“The Village is in a great location. Unit was clean and comfortable. Major problem is that you advertise free parking and they do not comply with that. You need to fix that and I also blame The Village management as they should have honored what you advertised seeing the are affiliated with you. The staff where not helpful. ”

“We enjoyed our stay at the property and would stay again. It is in a great location with a short walk to shops, restaurants, and the Peak 9 lift. Parking is really easy in an underground structure. The gym was nice as were the hot tubs. Charter sports is located on the property but Christy’s is a 3 mins walk away as well. Ski and snowboard gear must be checked into the Charter Ski Valet regardless of where you rent from or even if you own your own skis. The front desk staff was excellent. The……

“Pool shut down. Did not see any notice in listing that there was a resort charge. Lots of nickel and diming with this property. Parking fee was outrageous at nearly $100 for a two night stay. Beware of all the huge add in fees”

“It has nice view to the forest and you would be able to see the sunrise in the morning which is beautiful. The outdoor hot tub is supposed to be closed at 10pm, but people are still using it and making noises at night. We told the front desk about it, but they said the whole deck area is a common area, they couldn't do anything about it. This's weird that they have a rule to close the pool at 10pm but no one is forcing it.”

“Perfect location for enjoying all that downtown Breckenridge has to offer. Room overlooked the Blue River facing East toward Main Street. Relaxing sounds of the water combined with beautiful scenery, wonderful weather, and location made this a great getaway from the heat and humidity back home.”
