“Lovely condo. Well appointed and surprisingly quiet (July 4 weekend). Really enjoyed our stay. Thanks!”

“Great location, comfy beds, all you need. The gated parking nearby was a bonus!”

“We enjoyed our time. Thank you for providing a great place to be on our Moosehead Lake adventure”

“Convenient location, quick walk to slopes and village ”

“Morton & Furbish reps were available, helpful, accommodating. Rock Pond 83 was a great unit--perfect layout for oldsters (main floor BR) and college age crew with friends (lower floor). We loved the wood-burning fireplace, the view, and the well-equipped kitchen. It took us a day to figure out the trail(s) for ski in/ski out access (duh), but even before we completely had the lay of the land we wished we were staying longer. Great rental, fully recommend.”

“Nice unit. Very comfortable. Could use some updates to kitchen amenities (ex. dish washer is a little uncooperative).”

“Wonderful location. Perfect for a couple of families. Would absolutely go back again.”

“Great location near the mountain. Well stocked kitchen, relaxing livingroom, and comfortable bedrooms. We were there for a family event and it was nice to all fit into one condo. We also drove to a nature trail and hiked to a beautiful waterfall nearby.”

“The whole package worked well for our family!! The condo was clean and comfortable and close to the skiing, good food and environment that we enjoyed greatly! ”

“We had a ringside seat to the fireworks show. The ski in ski out was incredibly convenient. You guys took care of the tv remote issue quickly and with a smile. Only minor issue would be the small coffee maker should be replaced. The start button does not work properly. We will return.”

“ample space, perfect ski in/out location. our family of six had tons of room. only negative is the septic smell outside the condo building (noticed it at other condos we have rented). not enough to deter us but worthy of mentioning.”

“This rental was perfect for the 6 of us. It’s in the town center, and close to cute stores and restaurants. There was a pond to skate on, a small movie theater, and Saddleback was so close. We were able to enjoy a horse drawn carriage ride and hot chocolate with s’mores. The condo was so so cozy and had everything you could think of. Full beautiful cooks kitchen and having 2 beautiful bathrooms was great for 6 people. We would definitely stay here again. The host was also amazing sending us all……

“Great location. Great price.”

“This condo was perfect for our family of four to stay for an extended weekend! The only issue I ran into was the lack of a pot large enough for cooking spaghetti as well as no colander. The door to the locker room below was unlocked when we arrived, which we did not discover until returning from skiing the next day. Everything else was wonderful, especially the view!”

“Very quiet and lovely apartment. The host was very accommodating and attentive to my questions.”
