On arrival reception staff very pleasant and helpful, in fact our room was ready for us earlier than normal time. Ground floor room, so no problems with heavy suitcases, very pleasant garden and clean pool with basic loungers and shade if required. The hotel is mostly made of two storey villas and there's also a main building with seaview. If you don't want to hire a car, there's a bus stop 300 meters up on the road to go to Chania.
