「What seperates this hotel from many others in the downtown area is the people. They truly work to make your stay comfortable. My room was not satisfactory when I arrived as it looked like the plumbing backed up into the tub. They promptly gave us a different room and a breakfast voucher. Every where I went I saw staff and mangers alike working together and asking if we needed anything. On Sunday, when there was a checkout crunch, the Valet was slammed and had a line.
