"Overall we had a comfortable stay. The first night we checked in, the AC in the room didn’t work which was horrible. They put a loud fan in the room. They switched us out in the morning and the room was good thereafter. The housekeeping staff was great and most of the front desk too except this one lady who checked us in and out. Communication was hard for her but making faces at the customer was easier. She is unfriendly and makes you feel as if you are an inconvenience to her. This job is not well suited for her and I would really want her to find something else.
My kudos to the manager on making the customer comfortable and welcome. We liked the location and breakfast options. Would stay here again. "
"Loved this hotel! Room was very modern and well designed. The room was a bit small but was plenty of space for one person. For 2 people with large suitcases it could be tight but that's how it is in Manhattan! The hotel has a great location with a subway stop 1 block away and a fantastically walkable location. Overall it was a great value and I'd definitely stay here again."
