“Booked and paid for deluxe suite with city view, to only be downgraded to junior suite with no windows without telling me! Also shower very dangerous, not all water goes gown drain so when you step into shower it’s like stepping on ice. It’s all about the location, very good only a few hundred metres from the clock tower. Also have a very small pool on ground floor for those hot days.”
