“Expedia listed the wrong address on their website, is supposed to be a beachfront but the property is in downtown Covenas, surrounded by bars, pubs, restaurant, about 3 blocks from the beach. I checked out the next morning because I arrived at night, I wanted to be in a beachfront hotel. Expedia is refusing to refund my money, their customer service reps are a waist of time, I spoke 4 times with them, the last time they told me a supervisor is going to call me… Big lie, nobody called me; they……

No entanto, havia o número de telefone dele no comprovante da reserva e eu liguei e ele atendeu e conseguimos resolver tudo. Ele foi muito atencioso. Lugar incrível, porém frio. Mesmo com o aquecedor no máximo, fez bastante frio. Quem viaja com criança, a escada também é perigosa, pois fica um espaço aberto e qualquer descuido, pode cair no 1º andar.”
