「everything was amazing」

「Before arriving I called the hotel to let them know we will be coming in later and they completely understood. Upon arriving we noticing the hotels well maintained environment even though the hotel is located at the South but it was very well taken care of. Breakfast was so yummy and would always be refilled.」

「Easy to checked in. Elevator wasn't working the whole weekend I was there. Front staff didn't made me aware that it wasn't working until I saw the, "out of order" sign. I stayed in a suite, the bed was comfortable. Kitchen and living room area were fully equipped. As soon as I arrived, I checked the room. I noticed trash in the dining trash can, one of the glasses was still dirty and they had forgotten to put var soap. Everything else was in places The room had no AC, so would need to leave...
