“My kids had a blast running around the outdoor spaces, and we enjoyed the fresh air together!”

“The swimming pool was a real gem! I spent hours just chilling by the water, enjoying the peace and relaxation this place offers. Perfect solo escape.”

“We liked having enough space in the room for our stuff and the flat-screen TV kept us entertained after long days out exploring.”

“Good stay ”

“The apartment was clean and the owners were prompt and proactive with all communications. They provided a nice coffee bar with a high end Keurig which we enjoyed. The unit was exactly as pictured. For our tastes, It could use some freshening up as part are a bit dated, and less clutter. Overall, it was clean and safe and served our needs well for the Columbia/USC area.”

“Great place to stay! Everything was really closet!”

“Loved the decor of this cottage, it felt very homey ”

“I needed a place to stay for a couple weeks, while I was in a job training in Columbia. This place was perfect for my needs. Walking distance to downtown from University Park. My only observation would be that it didn't really have a place to sit and eat - only one chair with an adjustable table. Otherwise, it was comfortable and had everything I needed.”

“Location was excellent. Property as advertised and for a fair price (and on Masters weekend)!”

“Muy limpio y bueno”

“The house was very clean and the host was very helpful. My only complaint is that while it did technically sleep five people, there was no door between the pull out couch in the living room and the bedroom. As a result, there is no privacy and the person (people) sleeping on the pull out couch have to go through the bedroom to get to the bathroom. I would clarify that the space should really be only for a couple, or a couple with young children.”

“Great location - right in the heart of Five Points!James responded right away to our questions.I was a bit confused about where to park and how to access the keys, but once we figured that out, everything went smoothly from there. For our two-night stay, it was perfect.Thank you, James!”

“All essentials covered, especially loved having free WiFi since needed some downtime catching up on shows after busy days exploring city sights nearby too!”

“Such a peaceful, quiet, relaxing space. The location was perfect. The place was clean and perfectly laid out. Definitely staying here again.”

“Convenient and Cute Modern Decor! Clean and comfy!”
