In fact I left behind my pad charging cable in the room, after I contacted the staff they process right away and send me the cable to my next stay hotel in India, which is very thoughtful and efficient. “I had booked this hotel for my parents and uncle/aunt. When they reached the hotel, the receptionist/manager said there was no booking. This was a pre paid booking. When I tried to talk to the manager, he refused to talk to me. When I called hotels.com agent and when she tried to do a three ways call, the manager yet again refused to talk. THE HOTEL WAS NOT OVERBOOKED, as the manager said he was willing so sell the rooms to my parents. Also there is no AIRPORT SHUTTLE, as mentioned in the……

“The hotel is wonderful. The lobby is gorgeous, with a delicious coffee shop. The rooms are clean and well equipped. Breakfast was excellent, huge choice of lovely food. Outside has building work,but is no reflection on the hotel. The pool is lovely but my biggest compliment is for the staff. Everyone was so very friendly and kind and went further than the extra mile when I needed help. I cannot express my thanks to them enough. A really excellent stay and great value for money. ”
