「Very disappointed with conditions of the cottage. Very much in need of repairs and painting and thorough cleaning. I probably will not use Vrbo again 」

「Even though the property was small it was spacious for two people especially my husband and I we had an awesome awesome week there the host was unbelievably kind the woman Kathy that clean the unit was exceptional and very very nice the neighborhood was peaceful and it was very convenient to the pier and all the shops definitely will be staying there from now on every year it was awesome」

「We loved staying in Ani’s place, the house was perfect for our girls’ trip - roomy, bright, and comfortable, with the most beautiful garden. The location is great - so many cute shops and good restaurants within walking distance and close to the water as well. We had great weather - Maine in the summer is pure magic. Would 100% stay here again!」

「Being so close to the water was great. Place was a little smaller than we typically get but sufficient and was very clean. The owner was great to communicate with and quick to respond to questions. We particularly liked the shaded patio area in front.」

We LOVED how close to the downtown area of Wolfeboro it was--the location is perfect. Nice and quiet, which we also appreciated. Thank you SO MUCH!」

「Great little spot with easy access to the college. Host was great and included some very thoughtful touches, which were much appreciated.」

The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were clean. The host was very friendly, accommodating and responsive leading up to and during our stay. The main area that could use improvement is the cleaning. There was some trash left inside when we arrived, and the kitchen—particularly the stovetop, sink, and some of the smaller surfaces...

「We heard loons on the lake which was very cool. Also saw an Eagle fly overhead. The wildlife made for a very serene experience sitting lakeside」
