「The entry instructions were NOT clear. Thankfully, reaching someone was easy. The phone customer service was very helpful. We arrived at night, so the dark alley to the entrance was confusing, dark and spooky. Finding light inside of the unit was difficult. The bathroom sink clogged after one use. There were dirty sheets in both closetsWe checked out of this place the next day. But they overcharged us in an effort to keep booking and cleaning fees. 」

「Great location if you want access to High St or are attending a game. The room is about what you would expect, old and not perfect but served its purpose, felt the bedding and towels were clean. There were holes in the wall under the window. Biggest disappointment was the parking, I feel the add is misleading and leads you to believe parking is available onsite, but only paid parking is available or luck into street parking .
