“Requested a non smoking room. Room had a strong smoke odor. Stayed in the jacuzzi tub king room. THE FLOORS WERE atrocious. Walk around and your feet turn black automatically. Definitely need to take a mop to the floors. Pillows lumpy and bed was hard as a rock. Only good thing was the shower pressure however the shower curtain had mold at the bottom. Look elsewhere for your money….”

“The air conditioner is noisy. Even if it is not turned on, the main air circulation system of the hotel is still running and cannot be turned off! No matter how good it is, it is useless. Noise has the greatest impact on sleep quality. I wish I was in my own car at that time.”

“It was a terrible experience. Small rooms, bad smells, near the street, very noisy at night, even can’t fall asleep. Service was bad. Cleaning persons enter the room without nocking or ringing doorbell. The worker at the front desk is rude. All of the problems are obviously, she even said she didn’t see it.”

“Loud dogs and kids”

“The room is big and clean,nice staff,the best part is the breakfast:however they don’t have kids cribs so they are not able to offer baby crib.”

“It smells like smoke supposed to be non smoking but there has been a lot of smoking in this room. And the hotel tried to mask the smoke smell with very strong air freshener which is making it so much worse. My eyes hurt from the smell and I have such a headache ”

“Front desk staff was friendly. Rooms are big! My son is a wheelchair user, and was quite comfortable moving around a non-accessible double room with his chair. The toilet is definitely too low. Room was super quiet! No noise coming from the hallway. Breakfast was wonderful! Actual hot food and actual fresh fruit salad (from fresh fruit, not cans). The only complaint: none of the 3 ice machines worked!!! That was frustrating. No microwave in rooms.”

“the check in and check out were a breeze. staff very kind and friendly. The facility is older, some of the furninture was worn out and the bath tub was not gleaming... a lot of use probably. The beds were great, firm and not overused. I would definitely recommend if you are ok with a bit of an older facility.”
