“被安排了的房，客廳完全沒有窗，很侷促 入面房間只有一個窗是對住對面樓層，沒景觀可言，明明就是在機場附近可看航機升降，但我只看到牆..... 床太軟，訓得好辛苦 房間內很多用品及地方不整潔 只是廚房洗衣機用品等等一應俱全為吸引 酒店內有幾家小店，外圍就什麼都沒有很荒蕪 我不會再入住了... ”

“Very well run property (MGM Signature). The room had a great view of the pool. The master suite was large with a huge master bath. The kitchen had a coffee maker that was missing the coffee pot. I was sad that I couldn’t make any coffee. There was an electric kettle but no tea bags were provided. Overall it was nice but could have used a little more thought.”

“The room was not clean, the floors were absolutely disgusting, the mirror in the bathroom was broken, the handle for the sink was broken along with the sink in the kitchen. I did not know that we were staying at a residential room, it was the worse thing ever! I wanted a hotel & no where did it say that it was residential during booking. On top of that the pool was closed on our side of the hotel/building, front desk said that the other side has the pool but closes at 5pm in VEGAS!!!! Like it’s……

“I am writing to express my concern and profound dissatisfaction regarding a situation during my recent stay at Las Vegas I made an error in my reservation originally booking the room through Tuesday 28th instead of Wednesday 29th morning. At 3:30 PM on Tuesday, housekeeping was cleaning the room, and all our luggage and staff had been removed. It should have been evident that the room had not been intentionally vacated. “I felt like the walk from the front entrance was quite the distance and you could only catch ride shares from the front entrance. Discovered this the hard way. This particular room had to be close to the pool and club area as you could hear the music late at night.”
