“The property was very clean and easy to get around in . Everyone was friendly and helpful. One negative was this room was privately owned and the process for getting the room cleaned and fresh towels was not easy at all. The room owner needs to post the instructions and phone number for their cleaning service clearly on the room description and inside the room itself . Lastly , On Friday night we could not park on site as the parking garage was full and made Us park offsite . We had been……

“Didn’t really have a lot of info on the booking and when we checked in we were told there is no housekeeping or anything because it is a private owned place and they should have provided instructions for all of this on our reservation with Expedia, however it only says personal decorations, but nothing else that eludes to this.”

“The room was not clean, the floors were absolutely disgusting, the mirror in the bathroom was broken, the handle for the sink was broken along with the sink in the kitchen. I did not know that we were staying at a residential room, it was the worse thing ever! I wanted a hotel & no where did it say that it was residential during booking. On top of that the pool was closed on our side of the hotel/building, front desk said that the other side has the pool but closes at 5pm in VEGAS!!!! Like it’s……

“Very well run property (MGM Signature). The room had a great view of the pool. The master suite was large with a huge master bath. The kitchen had a coffee maker that was missing the coffee pot. I was sad that I couldn’t make any coffee. There was an electric kettle but no tea bags were provided. Overall it was nice but could have used a little more thought.”
