“This property was perfect for our first time to Kaua’i. The rooms were spacious, beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was well equipped. They thought of everything we could need from beach towels, beach chairs, and games to keep us entertained. Every morning we would sit on the back lanai with our coffee and talk to the roosters and chickens that came to visit. It was hard to not feed them! The owners daughters own a small bakery called Outer Bakes. We ordered some absolutely delicious treats……

“Casey was amazing to work with throughout our stay. Check-in and check-out were incredibly smooth, and Casey was beyond accommodating. The property itself is beautiful, and the location is perfect – right on the beach and close to restaurants, grocery stores, etc.Every time I found myself asking, "It'd be pretty cool if they had this item here." BOOM – I'd open a drawer, and there it was. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend. ”

“Check in was clear and easy; condo was conveniently located to so much on the south shore! We especially loved walking to Baby Beach. The kitchen was well stocked, bed was very comfortable and the property was fun to explore. ”

“Unit was good , slightly dated but functional. Ac in master made a gurgling noise. Unit is on third floor which is not advertised. Unit has closet with beach stuff which was handy. Locating the unit in the dark upon our arrival was difficult as property is dimly lit. Overall was decent place to stay . ”

“We had a lovely stay in this condo. Everything was great, good location, lots of extras (chairs, towels, snacks), comfortable beds! My kids said this was the best pull out couch they have ever slept on. My only note is that the condo upstairs must have thin or hard flooring, as we heard our upstairs neighbors every morning, quite loud. Not a big deal unless they are super early risers (they were) and you are not (we are, but they were extra early). Unavoidable in a ground floor condo and didn’t……
