“The property was very clean once you got into the unit. There was a stairwell to get into the unit that was pretty long and steep and it was quite dirty. But once you got past that everything was very clean. The set up was a little odd, but it was represented well in the description so it was no surprise. The bathroom is on the second story of the unit which was a little inconvenient but not a deal breaker for us. I wouldn't choose this unit if I had I issues with stairs or any difficulty……

“You get the entire house with lots of amenities like a snooker table and foosball. There’s a kitchen with all kinds of equipment, all you need to know is how to cook, lol. There’s also a fine dining room, along with a washer and dryer. The house has three bedrooms in total and can accommodate up to 8 - 10 people comfortably. A few cons to mention: the building is pretty old, and most of the furniture and amenities, including the foosball table, are heavily used and not very well maintained.……

“The neighborhood is quiet and the proximity to Carson street, restaurants, bar & grills and coffee/bagel shops is great. Public transit with the bus or e bikes is also easy but because of the cold snap over a Thanksgiving we took an Uber to ice skate and go to Les Miserables in downtown Pittsburgh. It cost about 15 each way for the trip. Getting in and out of the home is very easy. The property is clean and also pet friendly. ”

“The location of the property is in the heart of the Southside and walkable to many places (Station Square, over the bridge to downtown, and lots of close places right on Carson St). Street parking is available, but there is not much of it. Our first night we had to pay to park in a public lot just around the corner. The next day I was able to get street parking, and then didn't move my car the rest of the weekend. This is an older apartment and located in a narrow alley. The property was……
