“The property and staff were very professional and kind. The check in experience because of Expedia's screw up was less than terrible. I reserved 3 Rooms for my family and Expedia only reserved 2 rooms. After a one hour and 30 minute conversation with Expedia by I was finally credited back for the one room and the hotel generously approved the same rate for the third room. Expedia needs Quality Customer Service training in the worst way!”
