“I would never recommend anyone to this hotel the cancel my reservation for no reason at all ”

“The hot water is absolutely scalding temperature, and will not be combined with cold at all, please check the shower after I'm gone, and these beds look new but my back is wrecked after staying here. There was no chair in the room at all so all I had to sit on one of these really hard beds. I will not stay here again because of this. I asked for a chair, went to the office and specifically asked for one. Saw several inside the former pool area. No one ever said a word to me about it. So I'm……

“The staff was great about getting into our room earlier than check in. We had to put a $100 deposit down for incidental damage and when we got into the room - it was trashed. The couch cushions looked like they were wrapped in duct tape, the entertainment center had dings all over it. The chairs were stained. The room was clean, but they need to put money into the quality of the room. ”
