“We were greeted promptly with kindness. Everyone there was phenomenal! 10/10 recommend the in-house restaurant as well! Mixed drink, steak, and service were top notch!”

“Took a hour to check in and it was already 8pm when I arrived. Room was not properly cleaned and had an odor. Elevators went out during stay, phone at hotel was out so could not contact them. Only positive thing was staff was excellent and friendly. Tried their best to work with what they could control. ”

“The staff was great. Everyone was pleasant and polite. The room was great and the bed is extremely comfortable! One problem was the toilet had a leak in the tank. (Not on the floor!) it made gurgle noises thru the night. The phone & radio didn’t work. We were in the room a short time, only at night, so I didn’t bother to report it. but did give them a note when we checked out. The breakfast was excellent!! ”

“Great location.. although when we left, the streets were blocked off and had a terrible time trying to get out away from the hotel. It would’ve also been nice to have a trashcan in the bathroom and an extra set of towels ”
