“My room was dirty and shower didn’t drain, also had dirty linens upon arrival. This was a celebration for my 30th birthday and they still didn’t take care of the problem when sending maintenance and the cleaner for freshened room. Came back and just place clean bed linens on top of the dirty ones. I called they upgraded us and still had issues. This place is advertised as newly renovated and it was definitely not. The pool had a ring of black mold on the inside and cloudy water. Charged another……

“Hotel is great and clean. Well placed and quiet considering it near by a busy area. Only think that let’s it down it it’s a little simplistic in its amenities. No bar, coffee shop is just pastry and coffee, no restaurant and pool area is has limited seating but is on the roof and enjoys sun all day. Balcony has no chairs or anything making them almost redundant”

“The location is perfect if you need to stay in downtown Miami/Brickell area. You can also use the monorail which is free and super convenient. The room was very cleaned, make sure your card is activated to enter to the pool area. The valet parking is the only thing I won’t use again is too expensive $45.00 per night.”
