「I didn't like the fact I asked for early check in a month in advance got there they said they will call when it's ready and they called at 4 that's normal check in time 」

「No kettle provided which I think is important. I don’t understand why no show curtain. Toilet flooded every night after shower like a mess. Room service didn’t wash my dishes! Room is clean though.」

「Very relaxing, clean and you feel like you at home. 」

「Everything is good,especially they have golf car take you to the room since you first arrive hotel with the heavy luggages. Room is clean and they also have kitchen and fridge. Provide free breakfast from 7am-9:30am,more hot food choices would be perfect. They have Itialian restaurant open until 11pm and convenient store open 24 hours in the hotel lobby.」

「The clerk at the office helped when we had left a shirt in this closet when we had checked out. Luckily my daughter lives close enough to pick it up for us. Great quick and efficient customer service. This is our second time staying here and I recommend the property. The pool and hot tub were beautiful. 」

「度假村环境优美安静，临近迪斯尼，到各主题公园都有免费班车接送。我入住的是两室别墅，房间超大，前后阳台，厨房用具一应俱全，主卧还有大按摩浴缸，而价格比一般酒店的普通房间都便宜。度假村里有丰富的运动与游乐设施，多个加热泳池，孩子玩的十分开心。原订了4晚，后来又加订了两天。」

「We love this place. This is the second time staying here. Theres grocery stores and food options near by. A few within walking distance. I would recommend a car though to get around better. We enjoyed the pool and arcade. The home was extremely comfortable! 」

「The stay was great. The only issue is that the front desk did not have our reservation when we got there. They had to call the booking agent, who gave them the wrong dates, which caused another delay at check out.」
