"One of the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept in. (I’m top 1% of Expedia travellers). Good hotel, provides you with good breakfast and a bar next door with wood fired pizza. Great for access to fort William and Ben Nevis or general access to the highlands."

"This is a 4 star hotel however I'd give it a 2 at best. The staff were lovely and could not have been nicer, however the room was very basic. The bed was uncomfortable, the room had a kettle and very basic tea and coffee options. Also, we arrived and was told that no food would be served that night in the hotel but were given no prior warning to this. We then expected a full breakfast (included in the cost) but again, woke to a breakfast of cereal and pastries. At no point did anyone make us aware that there would be no hot food in the morning as well. Probably wouldn't recommend as we chose this hotel over other similarly priced hotels in the area, but fear I made the wrong choice."
