"We really enjoyed our stay. The staff were really friendly and very helpful. The kitchenette was very handy to have although we didn’t do any cooking. I used the hob to boil water as there wasn’t a kettle but that wasn’t a problem. We found the studio spacious enough for me and my son and we loved the location right next to the metro and only about a 15 mins walk to the Duomo. We will definitely use it again."

"Our stay at this property was unfortunately very disappointing. This is not a traditional hotel, and there is no reception desk on-site. Check-in ends at 9 p.m., and keys must be picked up from a separate location, which is quite inconvenient for travelers arriving later in the evening. The elevator is extremely small—barely large enough for one person and a suitcase. "The check in is a little confusing because the keypad is on a column with another keypad. A label might be helpful in the future. But we figured it out and also happened to get upgraded for free because of limited room availability. The location is super convenient and we were able to store our luggage for free even after we checked out. I would recommend this hotel to people looking for a cheap place to crash while exploring Milan. Nothing super fancy"
