「For the type of hotel, things are a bit run down and not in great shape. There are rips in the carpet and the furniture upholstery. The regular staff were fine, however the managerial staff were rude and condescending. Be aware, there’s no parking, you’d have to pay $40 a day for valet. 」

「We picked this hotel because we have enjoyed the Double Tree in Dalllas very much. The room was clean, the bathroom was outdated and poorly maintained. They listed room service but there was no restaurant room service. We were expecting a movie streaming service but that was not available. The breakfast buffet was ok. When you checkout they try to sign you up for deals. Overall we will not be returning to this location.」

「Loved having two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a washer/dryer. Everything was as advertised. 」

「The room was really nice. It was in a perfect location. The backyard was beautiful. There are a couple of things that could make the property a little better. It could have ADA accommodation. It was hard for my mother to get up the stairs, front and back. They could use a handrail for the steps and also to get in and out of the tub, you could also use some extra hooks in the bathroom to hang up our wet towels and washcloths. Extra outlets to charge our Cell phones, tablets, and smartwatches. 」
