「Has coffees in the room but no bottled waters. I think I was charged for the coffees on my 3rd/last morning. But the place is clean and didn't seem to be a drug house as the last motel I stayed in Austin. If you are into motels, I recommend this place.」

「Full of cockroaches. The room was super dirty and had fecal matter on the toilet seats, with multiple cockroaches. After complaining multiple times, the hotel staff did not accommodate. Would not recommend staying at all.」

「DISGUSTING! The hotel was dirty, smelly and poor maintained. The first room o checked in was impossible as there was a heavy smoke smell. I changed room. The second room was dirty, stains on blankets, pillows linens of different colors. But the most disturbing was nails sticking out the headboard in direction of the customer heads I changed room again. The third room was again smelly and with stains on the blanket and on the pillow. At this point t I changed hotel.」

「Amazing customer service. Rose, the caretaker, was extremely helpful and very kind. The ac worked well and had good water pressure. I loved that the tv had Roku. I will definitely be staying again next time I visit Austin.」
