「Most of the hotel services are fine, except waiting long for check in information after paying the deposit (for more than 2 hours). In addition, hope can have more frequent room services.」

「Had to walk thru backyard with lots of trash and debris and dog poop right by our suite. Weeds and boards cluttered the narrow walkway. No lighting to lead the way back there. Hose was left on so we turned it off. Suite was too hot. Mini split AC could not keep it cool enough in there for a 100F degree day. All else was good.」

The owners were very responsive and helpful. My daughter fell in love with the heated floors and blue tooth speaker in the bathroom which she utilized when she took a shower. My wife and I will be staying again when we come visit.」

「I booked this property for my family of 6 as a gathering space for my son's graduation from the University of Denver. I was hesitant to finalize the booking at first, as this home is new to VRBO and there were no reviews to help me navigate my decision. This turned out to be the perfect stay! Not only is the property conveniently positioned (blocks away from grocery stores, restaurants, and a few minutes' drive to DU), but it is well-appointed with everything we needed during our weekend. The...
