「The rooms were spotless. The apartment was spacious. I enjoyed my stay. 」

「Such a cozy stay! Definitely recommend!」

「Can't recommend this property.」

「I would characterize this property as “fine”. I only needed to stay one night for a business trip and it got the job done. Getting in/out was a little cumbersome with a lockbox to retrieve a set of keys. Hot water took quite a long time to heat up and deliver for a shower. Shower bathtub and amenities were lacking. Again, it got the job done for a night of sleep.」

「Great place, great location!」

「Clean, comfortable bed, plenty of amenities. Steps and entry were a little awkward. Street parking only unless you paid extra for their garage which was a very tight fit for my sedan. Note older building so could hear neighbors but it wasn’t intrusive. Also note 3.6 miles to Wrigley was a 25 minute drive. Overall great place and would stay again.」

「Cute small place that my family and I were able to relax in. We stayed only a night due to last minute plans but everything went very smoothly. Great area to walk around in. Parking can be hard to find but fortunately we were able to find one down a block. The high ceiling in the livingroom and kitchen made it feel spacious. Wonderful!」

「My wife and I stayed here when we came to town for a concert at the united center. We actually walked to the venue and it was about 45 mins, a lovely walk. It was a very convenient location, lovely apartment, and the host communicated very well. Check in and out was easy. Great neighborhood. Would definitely stay here again.」

「Cute, cozy place in walking distance to UChicago. Would stay here again.」

「Unit was fine. The building smelled awful...lobby and foyer like 25 cans of febreeeze. choking sweet .」

「Our experience with this property was disappointing, not because of the home itself, but because of the host’s handling of an unexpected family medical emergency. We contacted the host just one day after the cancellation deadline to explain the situation and asked whether they could make an exception or offer any flexibility. The reservation had only been booked for a little over a week, but the request was declined with no accommodation. What concerned us most was that the host then attempted to...

「Incredible place. Awesome neighborhood. Easy access to the freeways. Great neighborhood with tons of great local dining.」

「Excellent marketing. You get EXACTLY what is described. Look closely at the photos and make sure that is what will make you comfortable. Location was excellent. The view from the rooftop was great for sunrises or sunsets (some functional furniture would be nice). We stayed there a full 7 days. It was a great place to crash for sleep after an exhausting long day at work. I would suggest taking an HDMI cable unless you are. comfortable entering your streaming passwords into someone else's TV...

「Drove up to Chicago from St. Louis to catch a concert. Needed a safe spot to park my ride for a couple days and the place was perfect for my daughter and I. She got the upstairs with her own bathroom and I got the downstairs with my own bathroom. All my snoring stayed incapsulated downstairs, lol. We got all over the city with a 5 minute walk from the property to the train station, then 5 minutes on the “L”, then another 5 minute walk to our destination, $5 dollars gets you an all day train...

「Room was nice and in a safe location.」

「This is a great little garden unit studio. We had a bit of a longer stay but it was very comfortable and clean. I would definitely recommend!」
