Rooms are beautifully appointed, welcoming lobby that is spotless with amenities you find in a large 5 star hotel.....turn down service, room service , etc. and a very attentive staff. This hotel has all of the style and luxury of larger hotels but without the crowds.”

It does not near the event area but it’s worth to take a Uber for your rides(apart the traffic is terrible in Mexico City in the peak hour, saying it may take 15minutes ride for 2km) .
