“It’s such a special place for us to stay. The hotel holds such lovely memories of our wedding day. It’s been developed even more now, but tastefully, holding its true identity in style and decor, with the more modern twists where needed. Every staff member is friendly, the food is delicious, lounge areas comfy, outside areas maintained and modern, and the views over Cardiff and out to sea are wonderful. “Clean room a lovely gift for Steven as it was his bday .. thank u .. great wine tasting experience great wine tasting guide sh was excellent … Booked for dinner on Sunday but did not expect it to be Sunday lunch at 7 pm … The lamb was off the menu as it was we wanted … but the food was good and service excellent … The 12% tip was added which I understand is not a legal requirement I opp to not to pay by card but still gave a tip , I think it up to the customer to give what they can afford as……

“Beautiful setting, very well looked after. The room was spotless it had everything you needed. A lovely welcome. We wanted to book in early as we had to be somewhere. The lovely lady on the phone arranged it no problem. I would highly recommend this place.”

“Stayed for one night for my wife’s birthday and we had a lovely time. Staff were very friendly and helpful, specifically Angeline in the spa, who was so incredibly friendly and accommodating. Everything you want from a member of staff at your hotel. Bonnie and Ffion in the restaurant were very personable and gave us a great service. “We stayed in one of the balcony rooms and the room was legit the best room we have stayed in the UK. The bed was a dream, super duper huge and the view from the balcony was magnificent. Their breakfast spread was delicious, the only downside of the stay were the cocktails from the Vale bar, I think they could do better with that. Apart from that, it was a 5/5.”
