「There is a reason why this hotel is rated higher than some four-star hotels. They know service and live it everyday. Their service is so over the top that I said thank you more time in two days than I have any other time in my life. They are a strong amazing team. I highly recommend this hotel!!」

「Room was clean but small especially bathroom. Variety of food for breakfast but could be improved. Reception area very good but rest of hotel could do with refurbishing.」

「Communication was non-existent - despite sending plenty of messages through the Expedia app, in the end I only got to speak with the owner when I was stood right outside the property. The beds are next level uncomfortable - very springy and one of them had a proper dip in its middle. Not recommended.」

「The property is small and cozy as described, facilities are tidy and clean. We couldn’t receive the check-in instructions until we call at check-in time, the problem is solved quickly. A reminder that the toilet door is a reused old front door, that means when you lock it, you should lift the handle up first and then turn the button. The shower door needs a bit hard push to lock and avoid water came out. Overall is satisfactory! If a mirror added inside door the wardrobe, it would be...
