“Last minute booking made at 8pm by 11.30pm was at the property and no lockbox enaul had been forwarded so could not get into the property. Had to find alternative accomodation as could not waitcany longer for the info as no indication my issue was being addressed. Finally received the lockbox email at 12 30am 4.5hrs after the booking. Would not advise last minute/evening bookings for this venue.”

“Booked a deluxe room with a king bed facing the garden. Even had a dressing gown. Plenty of tea bags so we were very happy. So clean and bathroom right next door. Raj was very informative about the area and as it was a lovely evening we ventured out for a pleasant walk into the centre. Jessica prepared us a delicious breakfast with plenty of choice and she was very welcoming and chatty. We stayed there before going to Harefield Hospital for 9 in the morning which was a short……

“Really enjoyed my recent stay at Nap Barnet. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, and the whole place had a relaxed, welcoming feel. The staff were great — really friendly and helpful throughout, which made the whole stay even better. The location is perfect — just off the High Street, so it's quiet at night but only a short walk to shops, cafes, restaurants, and High Barnet tube station. Great value for money and a solid choice whether you're passing through or staying a few……

“No hot water, so couldn't have a shower. Or a warm water wash. They made me pay £10 extra when i got there "Because my original booked room had been given to someone else, so we had to give you a bigger one". Advertised as Bed and Breakfast, but no breakfast available. There was nothing on the property to indicate that it was a hotel, the front door code didn't work and the address they gave me was wrong, so i called at the wrong building when i arrived”
