Rug on floor was dangerous as an edge was permanently curled up causing a trip hazard. 「Stayed in one of the VIP rooms. However, wasn't one with the jacuzzi which seemed a little misleading based on the description. Arrived at the spa for them to have no record of us and waited for them to sort it out which considering the paying for club access is kind of a mood killer. That said the spa is nice and the treatment was fantastic. One of the upstairs shower rooms has mould on the wall which again isn't acceptable. However the venue is lovely. 「Last minute booking made at 8pm by 11.30pm was at the property and no lockbox enaul had been forwarded so could not get into the property. Had to find alternative accomodation as could not waitcany longer for the info as no indication my issue was being addressed. Finally received the lockbox email at 12 30am 4.5hrs after the booking. Would not advise last minute/evening bookings for this venue.」
