A full kitchen, private deck, and 2 bedrooms with a pull-out sofa (definitely bring your own mattress pad, the mattress and pad provided have seen better days). Overall, a great stay. 「Hotel muito charmoso, com um bar de Martini na frente. Fica na Av Principal, em frente ao mar com um nascer do sol maravilhoso. Perto da rua , onde tudo acontece em St Augustine, bares, restaurantes, sorveterias, lojas. O check in é realizado britanicamente às 16 horas, e como chegamos pela manhã , tivemos que deixar o carro num estacionamento público próximo e andar pela cidade e atrações turisticas. O estacionamento não fica no hotel, e sim numa rua transversal próxima. O hotel deveria...

「A classic old Florida motel on the water. Convenient to the historic district and amphitheater. Feels like you are in the islands although still close to home. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The property is older so the bathrooms are small for two to share. 」

「这家应该算motel性质的，就在A1A公路路边。 由于到的比较晚，大概晚上8点左右，店员已经从预留的信用卡上扣了款。 对了，5月份佛罗里达日落都比较晚，都在晚8点以后。 这家就两层，房间并不多，房门的钥匙很有意思，有点像比较大个的u盘，钥匙前面是金手指，应该是比较早期的电子钥匙。 房间就普通标间的感觉，说实在话，我不太喜欢床上花被单的颜色，不过看了几家酒店照片，这边motel似乎都这样。 房间挺干净，早餐就在办公室(不知道是不是该这么翻)的一角放了些蛋糕饼干和牛奶饮料，自取。」

「Accomodations were what they said they would be. Very clean and all utilities worked. Only 2 suggestions. Need a new couch desperately. It is broken down due to differed maintenence. Need a new one. Although this is not one of those destinations you would sit at in the unit and watch TV, you need to figure out a way to mount the TV on the wall between the bathroom and kitchen above carbon monoxide unit. Because of how uncomfortable the current couch is and how the only way you can watch TV is to...

「Please tell the owner to have their internet checked out, this is our second stay here, and both times the connection was so slow it kept dropping. It was almost impossible to work remotely. The speed tested at less than 3mbps, and I'm sure they are paying for much faster service.」
